Our client, a locally owned retailer specializing in flooring, countertops, cabinets, and appliances, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join their Springfield Corners team. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations by coordinating installations, deliveries, and schedules while keeping communication flowing between customers, sales staff, and the warehouse. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of contact for scheduling installation projects, confirming appointments, supporting inventory needs, and assisting with claims and repairs. This position is fully on-site and works closely with a collaborative, laid-back team where training is provided and growth is encouraged.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with hours from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The pay range is $18+/hour, depending on experience, with clear opportunities for growth over time.
Responsibilities
- Schedule installations for flooring, cabinets, countertops, and appliances.
- Coordinate deliveries and communicate with installers and customers.
- Support inventory management to ensure availability of parts and materials.
- Assist with claims and repairs coordination as needed.
- Maintain communication with sales staff, warehouse teams, and project managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of administrative experience in operations, logistics, sales support, or related areas.
- Previous scheduling experience in a construction-related industry preferred but not required.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and customer management software.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
