Our client, a leading trailer manufacturing company based in Stoughton, WI, is seeking a Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity created to add additional support on the corporate recruiting side, as the team continues to grow and expand.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting the company’s mission of delivering the highest quality trailers in the industry. This position is best suited for an energetic, organized recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This is a full-time, onsite role in Stoughton, WI. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Pay is $70k+/yr. based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and manufacturing roles, including skilled trades and administrative positions.
- Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Review applications, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offers.
- Coordinate and manage recruitment events and candidate outreach initiatives.
- Work directly with third-party agencies and manage internal transfers.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Stay up to date with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Support HR team projects and provide coverage as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting or administrative experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun team environment.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen upon job offer.
