Our client, a leading trailer manufacturing company based in Stoughton, WI, is seeking a Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity created to add additional support on the corporate recruiting side, as the team continues to grow and expand.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting the company’s mission of delivering the highest quality trailers in the industry. This position is best suited for an energetic, organized recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Stoughton, WI. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Pay is $70k+/yr. based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and manufacturing roles, including skilled trades and administrative positions.
  • Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Review applications, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offers.
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment events and candidate outreach initiatives.
  • Work directly with third-party agencies and manage internal transfers.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay up to date with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Support HR team projects and provide coverage as needed.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of recruiting or administrative experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun team environment.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen upon job offer.
