Summary
A local steel Manufacturing company is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. In this position, you will oversee projects through the design, fabrication, and installation process. The Project Manager is the main point of contact and will be working on building positive, professional relationships with customers and design professionals while assisting with the planning, organization, and management of the day-to-day operations.
This is a Direct Hire position with a 1st shift schedule offering competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities
- Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.
- Planning, organizing and management of day-to-day operations.
- Effectively communicate with both teams within the company and customers.
- Manage all purchase orders, change orders, submittals, RFI’s, and proposals.
- Assist with securing materials and other items necessary to complete jobs.
- Oversee project goals and ensures project goals are achievable and stay on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or field related industry is required.
- 1+ years of proven successful experience.
- Structural steel background is ideal.
- Experience with scheduling and managing/tracking budgets is required.
- Experience with scheduling and managing/tracking budgets is required.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
- Experience with Tekla EPM, Bluebeam, CAD, Revit, SDS2 is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
