A leading print-finishing company is seeking a Production Supervisor for their 3rd shift operations. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a company that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The Production Supervisor will ensure production goals are met while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development.
Schedule:
- Core Hours : Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all production operations and personnel on 3rd shift.
- Ensure production schedules are met, shift changeovers are accurate, and reports are completed on time.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Scheduling, Quality, and Shipping to ensure smooth operations.
- Exercise sound judgment in responding to production changes and adjustments.
- Track labor, downtime, and production metrics; analyze and recommend improvements.
- Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct performance evaluations, career development planning, and corrective actions.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed and company/customer property is protected.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of supervisor or management experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of print or print finishing processes helpful
- Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement preferred.
