Responsibilities:
  • Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and code of ethics
  • Perform inspections, testing, repairs, and replacements on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues using technical expertise
  • Read and interpret maintenance procedures, engineering drawings, schematics, and process trends
  • Install, repair, and troubleshoot new and existing equipment
  • Complete daily maintenance tasks and log results in the computer system
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of work performed
  • Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to improve safety, equipment efficiency, and product quality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training opportunities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S practices
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 2+ years of maintenance technician experience
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulics, mechanical systems, and PLCs
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable reading instructions, technical documents, and applying job requirements to ensure quality outcomes
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solid math and basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows)
  • Team player with the ability to work across departments and functions
  • Physically able to stand 8–12 hours, bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally push/pull up to 75 lbs)
