Summary:
Our client in Madison, WI is seeking an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join their team! This role directly supports the CEO and CFO while managing daily office operations. The position requires professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $55,000 or more per year based on experience; competitive benefits offered.

Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, email, calls, client communications, and travel for CEO/C-Suite; draft documents and presentations; coordinate offsite meetings.
  • Office Management: Lead and train front office staff; oversee reception, mail, supplies, and space planning; handle vendor management, ordering, and budgeting.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute company and employee events, collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting VP's or C-Suite.
  • 2+ years of office management and event planning preferred.
  • 1+ year of leadership/management experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
